For over 15 years, I’ve helped people move through and out of conflict, overwhelm, and disconnection into clarity, wholeness and healing. I started my journey into healing over 20 years ago through Ayurveda, Meditation + Pranayama (breathwork). By working with me you will explore your patterns, be met with tenderness, work through your trauma, and gain practical skills for regulating your nervous system to face your life’s challenges.

From our very first psychotherapy or counselling session, my goal is for you to feel safe, seen, and supported. Through a container of confidentiality, I create a thoughtful and balanced space where you can show up as your full self—even during difficult moments. When it comes to couples, I don’t take sides; instead, I gently guide individuals toward deeper understanding, helping make hard conversations feel more grounded and productive.
As we work together, I’ll help you slow things down, especially when emotions run high or when you’re feeling overwhelmed by anxiety or stress. You’ll learn to recognize your own thought patterns and understand where they come from, which allows you to approach yourself and your relationships with more compassion and patience. Over time, you’ll become more intentional in how you communicate, navigate conflict, and consider different perspectives—creating meaningful change in your mental health, personal growth, and relationships.

My approach to psychotherapy is intuitive, warm, and grounded in evidence-based practices like somatic therapy, relational therapy, and trauma-informed care.
